Talvin Singh
A DJ SET of Talvin Singh will take place in Palermo the 8th of July.
I'm very onourated to make the flyer for this important artist that
worked with Björk during the Debut era. I like very much the back-ground
of this illustration:I wanted Talvin's face dominated the blue recycled
paper sky of my city.

Berlin photo reportage
My last trip on Berlin was very different from the first on September:
Berlin gives a lot of inspiration for taking good photos and giving
rise for graphic projects.
LParty
Now that I have a beautiful record-player it's time for a LP Party!
The little (and exclusive!) party will take place on 27th December,
the hosts must to carry (with their delight) some LPs from their personal
collection, taking turns everyone will choice their beloved tracks.
I've realized the simple flyer with Illustrator, using the well known
photo by J.B. Mondino for the front cover of Björk's record Debut.
There's a pink baloon on the back to write the whole traks-list of the
LParty.
Dear Ulli...
Inspired by the recent compilation "Girl Monster" of CHICKSONSPEED
RECORDS, I've decided to send a copy to the dear Ulli
Lust, with a personal and new layout for the cover. I put a photo
taked on a berlin metro, "writing girl".
Prickie pt2

Cactus Anthem", that continues the mood of the others pins ("Love
is a cactus").

Bed & Breakfast
The Monkey
B&B is the Ruggero's house in Berlin. The B&B is placed in a
beautiful area in Berlin between the east and west A green park is around
the building. When I was hosted by Ruggero on the Monkey B&B I noticed
a lot of little plastic monkeys on the shelves, so I thinked that "Monkey"
was a nice name for the B&B. Mirs Scimpanzè that you can
see on the beautiful Ikea sofa on the banner lives on the Berlin Zoo,
where Ruggero works as guide.
The restyling for the website www.paropo.com,
a bed & breakfast near Palermo, it's done. the name is the taked
by the mountain Paropo, near the house.

Berlin!
The trip on Berlin was very full of inspiration, especially for taking
photographs. I really enjoied the attention that this city shows for
the graphic world and for all the artistic initiatives. The world of
graphic finds a proper dimention to improve, as an important instrument,
the environment.
I want to say "thanks" to those people: Ruggero for his endless

I kiss your hands
Quest'anno per TaorminArte ho avuto il piacere, e l'onore,
di realizzare la locandina dello spettacolo "I kiss your hands-
catalogo semiserio delle lettere mozartiane-" promosso dall'associazione
culturale palermosvegliati.
E' stato molto bello poter vedere la propria locandina stampata in molteplici
copie affisse sia a Taormina che a Palermo. Ma il piacere più
grande è stato riceverne una firmata daglia artisti dello spettacolo
e da Battiato.
Palermo Svegliati
Con Daniele abbiamo lavorato alla corporate identity della
nuova associazione culturale palermosvegliati.
L'idea di base è stata utilizzare un'immagine che descrivesse
il risveglio da un lungo torpore. E' stato un lavoro molto divertente
e, contro ogni aspettativa, anche rapido. L'immagine
in vettoriale nera si staglia su uno sfondo effetto "materasso
usato". Si è voluto mantenere lo stesso tema per la carta
intestata, mentre per il timbro, per cause tecniche e pratiche, si è
dovuto optare per qualcosa di più classico e semplice. Per i
biglietti da visita si sta cercando di stampare qualcosa su plastica
o acetato.

Teatri Anfibi/Mondello 2006
Grande delusione per il flyer+poster realizzato per il progetto
teatrale per bambini "Teatri Anfibi" per la stagione estiva
di Mondello. Dopo svariate trattative i proprietari delle capanne di
Mondello, che avevano preannunciato con un comunicato stampa grandi
novità per le attività di svago destinate ai bambini per
l'estate 2006, hanno dato il ko per dubbia mancanza di fondi. Per il
flyer avevo scelto come simbolo il delfino..peccato!

Corporate Identity 0100
Parte del mese di maggio e tutto giugno è stato investito come
collaboratore grafico per una nascente compagnia di progetti che spaziano
dal 3d alla produzione di software. Mi ha divertito molto creare una
quantità impressionante di loghi e fantasie per carte intestate,
nonchè alcuni schizzi preparatori per un paio di personaggi di
un cortometraggio animato. E' stata un'esperienza abbastanza utile ma
in definitiva preferisco altro tipo di settori.
